Customer Service Representative
Duties include greeting customers; check out/in all game equipment; compute charges for usage; promote a positive image for the Center and the USU in general; keep informed of all activities in the Recreation Center and the Student Union, encourage participation or attendance in those activities; maintain established standards for customer service and cleanliness of Center; investigate minor stoppages or malfunctions of equipment and correct; assist in maintaining orderly conduct in the Center; report any broken furniture or equipment or general safety hazards to the Recreation Center Manager.
Shift Supervisor
Duties are to ensure a consistent level of service and manage the Recreation Center operations, including the staff during their shift. Other duties are described under the Customer Service Representative position above.
