University Student Union Administrative Office

Distribution Coordinator

Under the direct supervision of the USU Associate Director, the Distribution Coordinator will assist the PR/Graphics Office with the distribution and display of all promotional material and University Student Union information.

Graphic Designer

Under the direct supervision of the USU Associate Director, the Graphic Designer will create and design promotional material for the University Student Union and other organizations/groups.

Office Assistant

Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Assistant, the Office Assistant will perform general office duties and provide clerical support for the office staff. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering numerous telephone calls and directing those calls to the appropriate person, typing, making copies of minutes, agendas, reports, etc. Must have basic computer skills.
