Student Recreation Center

Front Exterior of Student Recreation Center

The Student Recreation Center at California State University, Fresno opened its doors in February 2006. In line with our mission to be a leader in wellness among universities, we have, and will continue to strive to provide quality health resources and fitness opportunities for the entire student body.

While an Association entity, the Student Recreation Center is under the direction of the Division of Student Affairs. Our mission is to provide quality recreational opportunities, experiences, and facilities for the university community. These programs and services are designed to develop a lifetime interest in recreation and fitness activities. Active and healthy lifestyles enhance opportunities for the continuance of personal growth. These lifestyles are positively affected by the quality and quantity of the services, programs, and facilities we provide. The Student Recreation Center promotes student development and provides leadership opportunities in a diverse setting for its participants and employees.
