B.A.T. (Butt, Abs, and Thighs)
This 20 minute circuit training class focuses on these three "trouble spots". Work hard and challenge yourself to a rock solid midsection! BOSUs, Swiss Balls, Therabands and more will be used to get you into shape!
Body Combat™
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. ENDURANCE, INTERVAL, STRENGTH CYCLING
Top-notch instructors, invigorating music and visualization come together to make group cycling both fun and effective. If you’ve ever left a group exercise class feeling frustrated, you’ll appreciate that there are no complicated moves to learn with the FREESTYLE CYCLING program. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you’ll get a great workout. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that’s right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride. RESERVATIONS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS.
RPM NEW CLASS!!
RPM™ is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed.
