BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Cycling class in progressENDURANCE, INTERVAL, STRENGTH CYCLING

Top-notch instructors, invigorating music and visualization come together to make group cycling both fun and effective. If you’ve ever left a group exercise class feeling frustrated, you’ll appreciate that there are no complicated moves to learn with the FREESTYLE CYCLING program. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you’ll get a great workout. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that’s right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride. RESERVATIONS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS. 

RPM  

RPM RPM™ is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometres (12-15 miles) of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed.
