Small Group Training: Les Mills GRIT Series
Register for your GRIT Team in Member Services starting Wednesday, August 20!!!
Session 1: September 1 - October 10, 2014
Session 2: October 13 - November 21, 2014
Small Group Training Packages
Session Registration ($20) Includes:
- 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training two times per week for 6 weeks.
- Participation in team competition
- Pre and post session fitness assessment including circumference measurements, body fat percentage, heart rate and blood pressure
- 1 Free Drop In Pass
Drop In Registration ($3) Includes:
- One 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training class
- Record sheets to track your own progress and reps
Each team meets twice per week for 30 minutes. There are 10 spots total available for each team - 6 preregistered spots for the entire session and 4 Drop In spots for each individual class.
The Friday Freestyle team has 15 available Drop In spots for each week!
Team 1: Coach Rachel - Monday/Wednesday @ 8:00am
Team 2: Coach Summer - Tuesday/Thursday @ 12:00pm
Team 3: Coach Isaura - Monday/Wednesday @ 7:00pm
Team 4: Coach Josh - Tuesday/Thursday @ 7:00pm
Friday Freestyle Team: Coach Josh - Friday @ 12:00pm
All GRIT classes meet in Studio 1.
