The University Student Union Board of Directors is the governing board of the University Student Union and all of it's components, including Operating Procedures, Budgeting, Event Plannning and Much More! The Board is comprised mainly of students, with staff and faculty filling in as advisors for the group. We are always looking for enthusiastic leaders to sit on the USU Board of Directors and our committees.

Mission Statement
- REPRESENT the voice of students on campus on issues affecting the University Student Union and Satellite Student Union.
- ENCOURAGE student involvement and leadership development.
- PROMOTE college life through USU Productions, providing diverse educational and social activities and entertainment.
- SERVE as a liaison to Fresno State faculty, students, administrators, alumni and guests.
By acting on ideas, researching, debating and voting, the USU Board of Directors strives to provide a positive learning environment through programs, services and facilities that support student success.
