Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the sale of tickets at various events, crowd control and ticket taking. Cash handling experience is necessary. Must be responsible, friendly, and courteous. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Stagehand

Production stagehand who has limited basic knowledge of equipment and technical requirements of stage production. This position requires and is not limited to the moving and setting up of equipment cables, etc. under the supervision of a technician. This position is for new employees who have limited prior stage experience.

Technician I

Production technician who has acquired basic knowledge of equipment and technical requirements of stage production. This position requires and is not limited to the moving and connection of technical equipment. Demonstrate the ability to run basic set-ups such as sound reinforcement systems, projectors and small lighting systems. This position requires a minimum of 150 hours at Stagehand level or equivalent work related experience.

Technician II

Production technician who has demonstrated a good working knowledge of equipment and technical requirements of stage production. Has exhibited the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires and is not limited to the moving, connection and operation of complex technical systems which includes sound and lighting systems. This position requires a minimum of 200 hours at Technician I level or equivalent work related experience.

Technician III

Production technician who has demonstrated an excellent working knowledge of equipment and technical requirements of stage production. Has exhibited the ability to supervise other technicians and work independently with a minimal amount of supervision. This position requires and is not limited to the moving, connection and operation of complex technical systems which includes sound and lighting systems. The technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain all equipment. In addition, be competent in designing basic lighting plots and general sound reinforcement systems with minimal supervision. A minimum prerequisite of 400 hours at Technician II level or equivalent work related experience is required for Technician III level.
