Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to making of reservations for all University Student Union facilities (conference rooms, Satellite Student Union, etc.) and equipment on EMS computer system. Should be aware of all activities, programs, etc. taking place in the USU. Familiarity with campus organizations. Knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word & Excel), typing and filing. Ability to answer numerous phone calls. Must be friendly, courteous, and promote a positive image of the USU. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
