A large multi-functional facility offering a wide variety of programming possibilities such as wedding receptions, luncheons, concerts, movies, lectures, and fashion shows. The elevated, permanent stage with easy access to the backstage dressing room is ideal for live performances. The Satellite Student Union will
accommodate 800 people (theatre style), and 400 for dining with tables and chairs. Whitfield Hall's technical staff can add that special touch of class to your event. The professional and student production staff can offer helpful assistance and creative, innovative suggestions for your sound and lighting needs. |

Reservations for Whitfield Hall are made through the USU Reservation Center. Completed forms must be turned in a minimum of four weeks prior to the event to ensure all details pertaining to the production of the event can be completed.
Forms submitted less than four weeks in advance may not be
accepted due to the complexity of the technical requirements, availability of equipment needs or staff scheduling. Reservations for WhitfieldHall must be made a MINIMUM of 30 days in advance and will be accepted up to eighteen months prior to the event.
