Personal Trainers
Brittany Thibault:
Hello, my name is Brittany Thibault. I have just recently graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology and will be starting my Masters Program in Sport Psychology this fall. I have worked at the Student Recreation Center for a year and a half now as a Building Manager, intern, Spinning® instructor and now as a Personal Trainer.
I currently hold an American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal trainer certification which allows me to work one-on-one with clients. When doing this, my goal is to teach the correct ways to exercise in order to meet specific needs and goals. This in turn will enhance the quality of life and help you enjoy a life lived to the fullest. As for me, my interests include: triathlons, ½ marathons, mountain biking, trail running, rowing, and singing.

When it comes to my training style I not only try to employ the most useful and up to date training methods but I also develop simple computer programs to help personalize training variables. My physical interests include: Brazilian Jui-jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and Mixed Martial Arts.
