B.A.T. (Butt, Abs, and Thighs)

This 20 minute circuit training class focuses on these three "trouble spots". Work hard and challenge yourself to a rock solid midsection! BOSUs, Swiss Balls, Therabands and more will be used to get you into shape!

Body Combat™

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Body Flow™       NOW OFFERED!

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Boot Camp    (This class will rejoin the schedule at a future time)

Join our Personal Training team as they take you through a journey of military style drills and thrills!  There is a whole lot of fun and maximum results in store for all participants.  Don't let this class intimidate you, it is for all fitness levels and exercise styles. 

Hip Hop          NOW MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS AT 5pm!

Join Raul and Adrian as they use their years of dance troop experience to take you through street saavy routines and all around fun! 

Spinning®

Top-notch instructors, invigorating music and visualization come together to make Spinning class both fun and effective. If you’ve ever left a group exercise class feeling frustrated, you’ll appreciate that there are no complicated moves to learn with the Spinning program. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you’ll get a great workout. Simply hop on your bike, set the resistance to the level that’s right for you, and let your instructor guide you through an incredible ride.
