Meat
Frozen meat is available all year long at the Gibson Farm Market, including varieties of sausage, ground beef and pork, and various cuts of beef, pork, and lamb. Fresh bacon (slab & sliced), beef jerky, summer sausage, and snack sticks are also available throughout the year. Cooked hams (whole, shank, and rump portions) are available during December and March, while supplies last. There is no schedule of availability for each product, so call us or check the store to see what we have in stock!
