Farm Fresh Vegetables
Fresh vegetables are available throughout the year at the Gibson Farm Market. Our vegetables are unique since they are produced and harvested with the involvement of Fresno State students on the University Farm. Students are provided with instruction in the decision-making responsibilities of budget preparation, planning, cultural management, and marketing of the vegetables. Please check the vegetable schedule for tentative product availability.
