Culinology®
During the fall and spring semesters, the Gibson Farm Market carries many different student-processed goods. These projects are created and packaged in the classroom and then are sold at the Gibson Farm Market. The proceeds generated from these sales go directly back to the Culinology® enterprise.
Some of the past products include:
- lemon bars
- cinnamon nut cookies
- pound cake
- challah bread
- fruit salad
- Bolognese sauce
- variety of soups
- cheesecake
- coconut bars
Unfortunately, there is no determined schedule of product availability. Please call or stop by the market when school is in session to see what we have!
