Donation Guidelines

 

Thank you for your interest in the Fresno State Farm Market.  The Fresno State Farm Market is always happy to try and support the community that has done so much to support our students and their products. Please review the donation criteria and guidelines below before making your request.  When making a donation request please remember that while the Fresno State Farm Market would like to give to every community organization that puts in a request, the reality is that we cannot. We maintain a limited donations budget so 90% of the product proceeds go back into the enterprises to increase the educational experience of our students.  Again, thank you for your interest, we will reply to your request as soon as possible.

  

Please follow the following guidelines when making a donation request:

 

  • All requests must come in the form of a letter by fax or mail and include the following; name of the event, brief description of the event, date, time, what you are requesting from the Fresno State Farm Market, and any other information you feel is important when making your request.
  • All requests must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the fundraising event.
  • Only one request will be accepted from an organization in a calendar year. If there is a second request of merit that is made the Fresno State Farm Market will review the second request and make an exception as necessary.
  • The Fresno State Farm Market only accepts letters from organizations located within a 150-mile radius of Fresno.
  • We do not drive or sponsor events with monetary donations.  We will only make donations of product, product gift baskets, or gift certificates to the Farm Market store.
